MASSAGE THERAPY & TECHNIQUES UTILIZED

This is a huge part of our practice that works toward improving muscle tone, flexibility and posture.

Massage therapy benefits include: reduced muscle tension, improved circulation, stimulation of the lymphatic system, reduction of stress, and increase speed of healing soft tissue disorders. The vast majority of massage done in our office is focused on clinical manual therapy with the focus of helping each patient heal quickly. Most times, it is an intense session with enormous effects! The most ideal results are seen when our patients receive massage therapy in conjunction with chiropractic care!

Myofascial Release
Myofascial Release is a form of massage therapy that uses sustained pressure to loosen or release stiffness and tightness in connective tissues and muscles. This is typically due to trauma, postural issues, or inflammation.

Deep Tissue Massage
